RETURN POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before the product has been shipped or produced. If you cancel your order under these conditions, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel orders once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Shipping costs (including returns) will be charged only once, and no restocking fee will be applied.

Refunds (if applicable)

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email about the receipt and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it might take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Afterward, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before refunds appear. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us.
